Adrian Whelan

Dear future client…Recently I moved over to @atrealty which was formed in 2016 and currently includes over 850 agents across Australia. So now it has a new presence in your area and a local representative under its banner, Adrian Whelan.Whilst I’m new to @atrealty, I’m not new to Real estate! Last worked in the industry in 2009 and more recently Elders Real Estate. With 30yrs experience in business and as a resident within the South-East to Tasman Area, I’m well equipped to recognise the lifestyle benefits of the area. As a good listener and communicator, you can rely on me to be honest, direct and transparent. For me satisfaction comes from achieving results and helping vendors move on to the next chapter in their life.As an Agent I have a strong conscience that instils confidence to clients. I ensure vendors understand the process and my communication skills enable me to draw out prospective purchasers. I specialise in alternative type properties. These include Commercial and Agricultural property and Business Brokerage. My family have a vested interest in the area with three generations forming part of the community. We have also continued to embrace volunteering in various capacities as a way of giving back to community. In real estate selling and buying property it can be a stressful emotional experience for the vendor. As an Agent, this provides me with an opportunity to assist that change happens as smoothly as possible and enhance a positive outcome. As the market tightens there will be challenges, but challenges provide interest and a learning experience. In 30 yrs. of business, I have overcome many obstacles and you can be confident I will apply that same tenacity, alternate thinking, and determination to your property sale. Here is what both purchaser and vendor had to say from a recent sale:Vendor: “Adrian was great to work with: honest, reliable & achieved a great result with the sale of my property. Would highly recommend his services. (4 th Sept ’25)Purchaser: “Adrian was a pleasure to deal with. He is very knowledgeable, professional, transparent & supportive throughout the buying process. I highly recommend him.” (27 th Aug’25.)Something you will not get from other agents with larger properties is assisting purchasers to see what they are buying. That is identifying the boundaries and showing them the location. It’s also important to recognise that ‘buyers’ follow ‘property’ not ‘agents’. Also ‘buyers’ are only buyers when they have signed the dotted line. So, whilst agents may say they have buyers, that is used more as an incentive to list with a particular agent. Please let me know if I can assist you with your future real estate requirements?Regards
Adrian Whelan
